I placed my 1st order on 29th June. I have still not received it, despite sending numerous emails to chase it, I have not received one reply back.
Very disappointed as I was so excited to try this subscription.
Love getting my monthly subscription my hair jas never felt so loved on .
I don’t know if this review will go public I hope not because I love my monthly box but this month wasn’t so disappointing I didn’t even get a shampoo or conditioner it was an eco gel cactus oil and a curl cream and a moose pump thing wasn’t great all but can’t complain about last month literally amazing!!! Whole mielle range so can’t complain suppose it’s all about balance every month cant be the best of the best lol

I understand that the Philip cream is the star of the show, but the other products feel like they're just there to fill up the box rather than add real value.
I've used this service before, and I feel the quality of the items has dropped significantly. I'm hoping this is just a one off because I've received some excellent products from them in the past.
I'll give it one more month, as I know how good their boxes can be. However, if the next box is similar to this one, I don't think it will be worth the price.
