Thanks for starting your subscription at TreasureTress. If you are not entirely satisfied with your product discovery experience, we're here to help. Simply drop us an email at curlcare@treasuretress.co.uk(Ps. If you’re ever dissatisfied, we’ll do our best to make your experience spectacular!)

Refunds

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for boxes that have been shipped. (Ps. If you’re ever dissatisfied, we’ll do our best to make your experience spectacular!)

Cancellation

To cancel your subscription with TreasureTress please email curlcare@treasuretress.co.uk.

Shipping 

Our monthly boxes are sent out every second week of each month. Once these are sent out, you will receive an email to confirm this has been dispatched. Following this, an email containing your tracking number for your box will be sent from Royal Mail directly. If you are making a one-time purchase on our store, your order will be shipped out the following working day.
