I did NOT receive my box yet ! The customer service told me it was lost and they don’t know where it is!!!
They are sending a new one, but still I did NOT receive it, and it seems I will wait even longer
I thought at least they would send it faster than the standard way of delivery!! Which is the minimum to compensate for the delay.

Great products and very high quality brand, much appreciated service. However I paid for a june box at the start of may as it was not clear when the cut off was, and yet i have only received my june box in july. And as happy as i am with the products and the beautiful box there isn't a conditioner included meaning i will have to spend more money to get myself one after spending 2 months waiting for this.

Great Products, Regular Service not as great
I started TressureTress in September, the product are great and allow me to try new things at an affordable price. My only issue is it isn’t clear when the boxes supposed to arrive and rules seem to change month to month, meaning boxes weren’t delivered regularly. Hopefully things will settle now a few months have passed. I do still recommend to friends as products are great.
