Mielle Organics was preparing to introduce its brand to the UK market at a time when it was facing a PR crisis.

The target number of attendees was capped at 250, and there were doubts within the Mielle team that this goal could be reached, given the state of social media conversations about the brand. The Approach

To rebuild trust and foster authentic connections, TreasureTress crafted the MielleMade Christmas Event — a high-impact, immersive experience designed to put Mielle Organics at the heart of the UK community.

This was more than just a product launch; it was about rekindling relationships with consumers and demonstrating the brand’s commitment to quality and authenticity.

Despite skepticism around attendance, the event proved to be a massive success:

✨ 100 RSVPs within the first 10 minutes

✨ 309 Total Attendees (Venue capacity: 250)

✨ 2,000+ Attempts to Join the Guest List

The event quickly surpassed expectations, with more than 300 attendees showing up — far exceeding the 250-person capacity.

What's more, over 2,000 people attempted to secure a spot on the guest list, highlighting the immense demand and buzz surrounding the event, even amidst negative social media sentiment.

Content Capture

The event generated incredible organic content, amplifying Mielle Organics’ reach and visibility:
