Can I send a box to an address different from my billing address?
Of course you can!. When you are asked to enter your 'Shipping' information, here you can enter the address you would like the box to be delivered to.
How long is delivery?
Our delivery takes place in pre-scheduled cycles, so you can expect to receive during the second working week of each month (10th-15th). If you have ordered a one-time order box (no subscription) look out for an email confirming shipment within the n
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do. Please keep in mind currency exchange rates, shipping costs and import charges. We do not issue refunds to those who refuse the delivery of their box due to import charges.
What happens if i refuse import charges?
If you refuse to pay the import charges, we will not be issuing a refund, as it has been stated via email and on our website internationals may incur import charges and this is not our responsibility (sorry sis!). Therefore regardless of the customer
How do I get a refund / return my box?
Returns. If you are not entirely satisfied with your product discovery experience, we're here to help. Simply drop us an email at curlcare@treasuretress.co.uk. Refunds. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for boxes that have been shipped.
